DO YOU HAVE AVAILABILITY?
Our online calendar has up-to-date availability.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHILDREN?
We accept children.  

IS THERE ROOM FOR A COT?
Yes, in the bedroom and downstairs. We don’t provide a travel cot and bedding for the cot.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10am. We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-outs upon request and where possible. 

HOW DO I GET ACCESS?
The fob will be left in a key safe for you outside the property and a digital key to open the front door. We’ll send you the codes and full directions 3 days before you arrive.

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND WE DO DURING OUR STAY?

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
Your balance will be due two months prior to your arrival. We will send you an invoice for this near the time. A £300 damage deposit will be held against your card before you arrive. This will be refunded to you within a week of your departure (usually earlier). We accept bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and Paypal, but there’s a 2.8% commission fee on all card payments, other than the damage deposit.

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?
No, we unfortunately don’t accept pets. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY DATES?
Once made, payments are not refundable and booking dates cannot be changed, so we suggest you take out travel insurance to cover for unexpected problems. However, if we manage to fill your reservation, or part of your reservation, we will refund you the difference. The booking deposit is not refundable. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Our terms and conditions have full details.

DO YOU HAVE A BROCHURE?
No, but we have an Instagram (add link) and Facebook (add link)  account and a welcome booklet that we’d be happy to send to you.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Discounts are advertised through our member newsletter, which you can sign up for here

ARE THERE HOUSE RULES? 

Yes, we kindly ask you to not smoke inside the property/building, only allow registered guests to stay at the property, refrain from hosting parties and substance abuse and respect quiet house and manage noise levels between 10pm and 8am. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

IS THERE PARKING?
There is a large and well-lit parking steps away from the entrance of the building. There’s no need to book a space in advance and payment details are available on site, in the welcome booklet in the accommodation and here

WHERE CAN I DO MY FOOD SHOPPING?
There’s plenty to choose from to shop for groceries in near the property. On the ground floor there’s a Tesco Express that has a great selection of snacks and fresh produce. There’s also a Morrisons across the road and a large CO-OP 10 mins walking down Chester Road.

CAN I ORDER A FOOD DELIVERY?
Yes, Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsburys deliver to the accommodation and ready made meals can be delivered via Just Eat, Uber eats and Deliveroo.

IS THERE WIFI ?
There is super fast internet available in the property and you will receive details as part of your arrivals info pack. 

IS THERE HOME CINEMA ?

There’s a Roku television in the property that allows you to access your favourite channels (e.g. Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney). Be sure to bring your login details for the channels you would like to access during your stay. Regular Freeview channels are available as well. 

HOW DO I BOOK A TAXI?
Call M16 Cars (+441612262697) or order a taxi via the Uber or Bolt app 

CAN WE HIRE BIKES?

Yes, there’s a pay-as-you-go bike station on Hulme Hall Road (2 mins from accomodation) that you can use by booking through the Beryl app.

IS THERE A TRAIN/TRAM STATION NEARBY?

Deansgate train station is a 10 mins walk from the accomodation and Cornbrook tram station is a mere 5 mins away.

WILL SOMEONE BE ON HAND IN CASE OF PROBLEMS?
Yes, our cleaners live locally.
